Time flies as fast as Bridget runs, haha! Before i know it, it's been 5 days since i first lead class 1A. Now, Year One Orientation 2009 is over and it's back all over again to projects, assignments, presentations, homework, projects, assignments, presentations, homework...

I still remember my very first impression of 1A'09. I can still recall how certain people were not very polite towards me while the rest were shy and quiet. I was complaining to myself and Bridget that 1A just wasnt the class for me. However, from the second day onwards, 1A started to become hyper and everyone started to interact with one another. Then I realised that 1A has really crazy yet fun people and frankly, i enjoyed their company. We cheered the MOOK cheers together, we lunched together, we joked around, we insisted that Jerrold looked like Timothy, we laughed together, and not forgetting, Sean Lew and Jerrold going, "Is 1+1=2?" "YAP!"

And then there were the times when things get a li'l choppy, like during concert prep when the class is usually kinda chaotic and being impatient, i tend to get frustrated but had to hold back my feelings. What touches me during the concert prep was that Sean Lee really lead the class with the skit very well and despite his bad throat, he continued shouting the instructions out loud and clear, and lead the class cheers wonderfully. Of course, the other students were good too and i think you guys deserve more than Jiarong's 200 claps! :D

Shouting for 1A to gather and come closer; to quieten down; to listen carefully; to follow me, to cheer out loud was really quite a big thing for me this time. I've never shouted so loudly back then in primary school, honestly. And to make things worse, i havent fully recovered from my cough which came to me weeks ago. The shoutings and all made my throat worse-i'm coughing even more-but yet, i kinda miss it now.

And finally, it's the last day of orientation. Hall decorations, light-sticks rehearsals and all the behind-the-scenes had been great, thanks to everyone. Rushed to class to help with concert prep since poor Jerrold and Sean couldnt manage the class. Oh and i'm sorry 1A if i was harsh just now during concert prep because i was kinda very frustrated with everything. If i've offended anyone, i'm terribly sorry, i didnt mean to scold you guys or show whatever freaking attitude.

Thankfully, the concert was a blast. I thought our class' skit was good and Su Li looked fabulous in her Little Red Riding Hood costume, so did Vanessa Chong- 1A's mascot. The other actors and actresses were good too, so well done, guys! Anyway, our lightsticks performance was good too, i thought. It was definitely nice to hear the Year Ones cheer when we appeared on stage.

1A got the BEST BANNER award. You people absolutely deserve this title since so much effort was put into the banner, with you guys bringing so many colouring materials and squeezing so much of your creative juices to come up with this fabulous banner. Never mind about not being the ultimate winner because we all have already tried our best and what's important is actually the memories that we've collected during the orientation. Keep it up, 1A. Wye Inn, Nicole, Cheryl, Venus, Marcus and i will miss you guys for y'all are so happening, wonderful, hyper and cute! It was really my pleasure to take 1A and i thoroughly enjoyed myself throughout the orientation with you guys!

Took a bus back with the same few people and Yiren showed us his ez-link card. He looked very cute last time. And different. 12.50am.

Math tuition in 8 hours and 10 mins' time.

Great, very good.

P.S. Zhiliang texted me this afternoon to tell me that i scored a distinction for Grade 5 theory- 91/100. I'm truly happy and i'd like to thank him for all his patience. Thank you Zhiliang!

P.P.S. Desirae, Bridget and I saw Bevan this afternoon during lunch break and HE'S GOT A NEW HAIRCUT which totally looks good on him. ;)

P.P.P.S. Arthur Lee is making our direct juniors, 1B'09, to call him "On top, on top Arthur Lee" since our classroom is 2 stories above theirs.

P.P.P.P.S. Sasha is getting a new cat soon. Rascle didnt return home and i really hope he's safe in someone else' house, rather than starving and homeless.

P.P.P.P.P.S. I'm very looking forward to Monday's dance. I miss my girlfriends!

P.P.P.P.P.P.S. Happy Birthday to Maverick and Yihxi!

P.P.P.P.P.P.P.S. I love 1ASTRA and 2BELLANCA!
