For the first time in my entire life,
I ENJOYED ACC TODAY!
We had our ACC test (thank God it's MCQ and I could guess my way through) and I'm proud to say that some questions were done based on what I've learnt and remembered, not guessed.
Following up was the ACC test part 2, which is the practical part and the awesomest part of ACC today. I've got the best group ever, comprising of Melanie, Huiyi, Vanessa, Yinghui, Chunyen (but she wasnt there today) and myself. It all started with the pool joke that I'm very into nowadays (credits go to Euyang). And then our group became really high as though the tea had ecstasy. Huiyi's jokes were so amusing that I already started laughing as she was still saying the questions, mainly: 1) What is brown and stick-y?; and 2) Why is the longan in the river? Hahahahaaaa yeaa this 2 questions made me laugh so much.
The male teacher came over to our table to assess our (or rather, Yinghui's) tea-making. We couldnt stop laughing, especially Vtay and I. Something fishy. Hm that's for us to know and for you to find out. Funniest part was when the guy asked what fragrance the tea had and I was reminded of the previous lesson when Huiyi was asked the same question and replied, "Hm, 蛮香的!" Hahahhaaa srsly I think that's really funny. Today she replied, "很香, 有牛肉的味道!" HAHAHA damn it Huiyi is really cute. Later on she even said the tea had a banana smell, hahaa!
I think our group did quite badly for the second test because we kept laughing non-stop and caused Yinghui's hand to tremble, haaa! But srsly who cares? What's important is that we enjoyed ourselves yeaa! Our group should have a gathering for tea-making again someday! Hahaaa:D

He says that he has been watching it since 3 years old, and has been enjoying it since then. He rushes home straight after school everyday, reason being? Porn. In fact, he admitted that he watches porn even on his way back home. Yeaa you've got it, he has many porn videos in his phone. He recommended me to watch it too. He thinks it's really interesting.
Oh well, Sanpeng says all guys watch porn, with the exception of BG since he's not a guy, HAHA. Anyway folks, if you're stupid enough, those above arent real.
PT was great today because we didnt do circuits, awesomeeee. Sabbie got her new specs today, and you'll never imagine how studious she looks. Hm well, looks can be deceiving anyway. For no particular reason, Sabbie got really laugh-y today and couldnt help herself but to laugh at everything Bridget and I did, even if it means something that has got nothing to laugh about. In sooth I know not why Sabbie is so crazy. It wearies me; you say it wearies you. Oh man, MOV-craze.

Oh no I cant take it anymore,

Okay fine this part is edited a li'l bit. She's still stupid anyway.
Anyway the EDS dancers went to Esplanade after school today to catch Silence, a dance production by T.H.E. DANCE COMPANY. The four of us (excluding Daryl 'cos she met us there straight) took a cab down and SABBIE TAY BRAVED THE RAIN TO HAIL A CAB FOR US.
I've got no comments about the dance, maybe someone else can do the commenting on my behalf.
Hahaa this is absolutely random but I was just rummaging my shelves looking for my xizi and I found the LA artefact which Sanpeng helped me to burn. Hahaaa makes me recall how the paper burnt.
WHICH REMINDS ME, WE HAVE A NEW LA TEACHER YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Arthur always has jokes. This time, it's about the new addition to zhengxinyuan- the Confucius statue. (Thank you Daryl for sharing this with us hahaha)
Arthur: Do you know why it took the kongzi so long before coming to zhengxinyuan?
Daryl: Nope, why?
Arthur: Because he had H1N1 and was quarantined for 7 days.
Arthur: Do you know why kongzi is wearing so much clothes?
Daryl: Nope, why?
Arthur: Because the sprinkler is activated at the zhengxinyuan and kongzi doesnt wanna be wet.

Today is the CENTERSTAGE FINALS 2009! -cheeeeerrrr!-
Melody came to school to help Daryl with her make-up and hair, and I joined them after dance. Daryl looked so gorgeous and Chuanhui was so attracted to her, hahahaha!
Fanghua, Melanie and Gerome got there early and ended up being the first in queue so thanks a lot guys! We got really good seats- 3rd row in the middle. Yeaaaaaa.
Anyway main point is, CENTERSTAGE FINALS 2009! was really awesome and a total blast! The finalists were all superb and you can never imagine how much talent DHS has until you watch them! My personal favourites were DARYL TAN FEIXUAN!!, Evangelyn Stephen (she sang my favourite song!), Jinhuang, Justus and (XQ)^2. Not that I didnt enjoy the rest. I thoroughly enjoyed every single part of the finals yeaaaa.
Daryl's song was the first item. We were screaming like crazy and ignored the numerous stares uhhheemm. Daryl was so awesome and I was so proud of her. Just think about how interesting the whole Centerstage journey with Daryl was.
I remember the very very first time when she msn-ed me and told me that she'll sing Bubbly to us the next day and wanted us to comment on it.
The next moment, she called all 5 of us out of class to tell us that she was gonna take part in Centerstage. We all thought it was a brilliant idea since she sings so well and we gave her our fullest support.
And then the auditions- she got through it and we were all so excited for her.
Next up was the photoshoot which I accompanied Daryl to, and I remember how Linda kept asking Daryl to wear her own clothes instead of school uniform but Daryl kept insisting, haha!
And then it was the guitar issue. The first problem was that she needed a guitar because initially she thought of playing it herself. So we got Kiatshing's guitar and he taught her. But later on she couldnt learn it due to time constraints and we started hunting for a guitarist instead. It was Kiatshing at first but again there were some problems and so Daryl decided to settle on the CD's instrumental, which after the rehearsal she realised didnt suit her. She prayed and prayed and finally God sent her Joseph who plays the guitar really well. I was so darn happy for her.
Lastly it was the making-up and hair doing part. I asked Melody and she happened to be free so there, another God-sent to Daryl.
It wasnt an easy one, as you can see. But I dont mind at all doing it for Daryl because she's been so nice (though a li'l irritating at times). I totally loved her performance, her singing, the comment that Ms Kal Chan gave on her, everything. She was just so fabulous, you should have seen her.
And so our dearest Daryl Tan Feixuan got the 3rd prize. I admit here may be some disappointment that she didnt get the first prize although she was really really really good, but hey, it's good enough that out of so many people, she got through the auditions and made it into the finals. So YAYYYY Daryl. I love you soooo much and you were such a star last night! ;)

CENTRESTAGE FINALS 2009 IS TMR YES YES YES.
I AM SO EXCITED TO WATCH DARYL BECAUSE SHE'S SO AWESOME THAT SHE'S GONNA BLOW EVERYONE OFF THEIR SEATS TMR.
Time is flying wayyyy to fast, wayyy outta hand! Seemed like only yesterday when Daryl asked us to listen to her sing Bubbly and judge it; yesterday when we kept pestering her to sing for us; yesterday when we encouraged her on her day of auditions; yesterday when we were so elated that she got into the finals; yesterday when I was helping her find a guitarist; yesterday when I went with you for your photoshoot and yesterday when we asked Melody to help her with makeup. And know what, the finals' tmr.
I have absolute believe in Daryl that she is gonna impress everyone tmr.
Hey Daryl, by the time you read this, the competition may already be over but anyway I still want you to know that we're always behind you. You have our support FOREVERRRRRR and we love you veh veh veh much. Do your best tmr dearest. You've been practicing hard and spent so much time for this competition. You know you arent gonna disappoint yourself. I'll pray for you dearestttt! :D

CONGRATULATIONS ON THE SC COMMITTEE 2009-2010!
As much as I look forward to working with the new comm, I'm gonna miss all the Year 4s especially my dearest IA seniors- Xintian, Shuqi, Junjie, Chelsia and Cynthia. They've been really awesome seniors whom I bonded very much with throughout my SC journey so far. Forget it, shall leave the touching part till THAT NIGHT. Yeaaaaa, THAT night. ;)
Year Ones will be joining the Council family soon. Hope they're a nice bunch of peeps. BUT I'LL STILL MISS YOU YEAR 4S!

I was on 158 just now and here's a conversation between the two girls sitting behind me:
A: Hey I wanna take stupid pictures.

B: That's called candid, not stupid.
HAHA. I find that conversation so interesting that I still can remember it though it took place like 3 hours ago. Well I hope they dont read my blog.
Anyway LSP is ultramega boring and it just has to be 2 hours 15 mins. What is this man?

Kimberly told me a story yesterday and it made me think about how people judge others by their appearance.
Kimberly was in a queue one day and behind her were 2 other women around her age. They started gossipping about Kim and how she was an ahlian. Just because she dyed her hair blonde. Just because she dyed her hair blonde. And the worst part was that they said she was just an uneducated bitch. Like hello?! Kimberly has got a degree with Honors. What do you think you're talking about? And just because her hair is of different colour.
I remember at the start of last year when I first got into DHS, I didnt like many people because of the way they portray themselves to be- some really ahlians, while some seemed to be quiet and totally boring. But after some time I realised I was so wrong. Recently I found out that almost everyone can be really nice, and it all takes time to figure that out.
There are people out there who complain about every single person they see. Talk about how they are so ahlian and all but hey know what, it did not occur to these people that actually somewhere out there, there are people who dislike them as well. Well my point is, we all should really stop judging people by their appearances and all but instead, start getting to know more people and when you do, you'll start to realise that actually everyone is nice.

HAPPY advanced NATIONAL DAY 2009!
Our school celebrated National Day today and I'm so thankful for it because ND celebration just means that there are no lessons and we have early dismissal! 8)
Started out with the usual ND messages, followed by songs. Heeeee, NDP songs are so nice, especially Home, Where I Belong and There's No Place I'd Rather Be. Patriotic yeaa!
Classroom activities were basically a NDP quiz and Don't Forget the Lyrics. Supposedly fun and loud and noisy but Mrs Kang just had to quieten us down every now and then, ruining the whole mooood. Oh well. But to make up for that, we ended off with face-crayons. Daryl vandalised Bridget's face by writing B-R-Y-A-N with a heart shape next to it. Hm please don't take it too seriously, Bryan! :)
Planned to catch Orphan with Bridget, Steph and Daryl afterwards and we excitedly headed to Tampines, only to find out that it is NC16 when we reached the cinemas. How disappointing. Nehmind girls, we'll have that for our MM after EOYS!
We had lunch at PastaMania and spent so much time there gossipping, despite the fact that I'm trying to cut down on my gossips and tone down a li'l. Ahhhh. Anyway we saw Yixuan there hahahahaha.

Hey world.
I'm back again, after so long. 
Math CT3 down; Geog essay down; Chinese idioms, proverbs and common sayings tests down.
Coming up: Chinese paper, LA passage-based and Science test.
YES YES I CAN PULL THROUGH THIS.
This week started out quite fulfilling. Monday was spent with EDS. Though I still couldnt dance, it was great nevertheless just watching them. I'll be back next weekkkkk! Tuesday was a day of mugging for Geog test. Wednesday was spent with a coolio group of people- Jessica, Chervelle, Ziying, Tabitha, Daryl and I. Truth or Dare and Animal Concentration was marvellous with them. Yeaaaa.
Today was spent Math CT-ing, LA passage-based practising, and laughing a lot during History and PC periods with Mrs Kang. As usual, Arthur was making jokes out of everything.
Mrs Kang: Rajiv was a very good prime minister I must say. He was a very good man, a gentleman.
Arthur: OOOOOOH MRS KANG!
Mrs Kang: -talking about a lady involved in a particular war which I cant remember what- Uh...uh...Lady...what...
Arthur: LADY GAGA! (poor Mrs Kang had no response, isn't it obvious why?)
Hahaha History and PC have always been a joke especially when Arthur Lee tries to make jokes outta everything Mrs Kang says or does.
Bridget and I met a sneetch with a star on the way back today. Hahahahahahahahaha talk about watching sneetches during PC today! Oh by the way I am still contemplating if I should let Bridget come over tomorrow after school.
Back to my schedule.
Tomorrow's gonna be all about NDP celebration till 10.15am. How cool is that. Probably gonna drop by Compass Point with Bridget to prepare something for a very special person. And maybe I'll invite Bridget over to prepare that very something. Alternative will be that I'll start on my homework, try to complete everything by tmr so I can start on my revisions. Perhaps the first one sounds more inviting.
Saturday shall be spent with Jess and all. Can't wait! Afterwhich I'll be going over to Sasha's place for dinner. 8)
Sunday afternoon will be taken up by tuition with Kimberlyyyy and going off to Aunty Joyce's house for partyinggggg!

Like Mr Gilbert Lee has been constantly reminding us- Do not study too hard. Afterall, we're still teenagers; teenagers whom are supposed to be playing and enjoying life, not slogging their guts out for the sake of stupid grades and GPA. Know what, by slowing down your pace, you get to enjoy many pleasures that you haven't had, and only then will you start appreciating what you've got.
As for me, I've made a decision. I am gonna start a whole new life all over again. I'm gonna learn to repent, reflect upon my mistakes; appreciate people, celebrate people; to love more and care more. Just eventually you'll know what I'm talking about.
Give me the courage.
